The International Coffee Research Institute (ICRI) is a non-profit organization dedicated to advancing coffee science, enhancing coffee quality, and promoting the dissemination of coffee knowledge. As Taiwan's first academic coffee association, we bring together experts, scholars, and enthusiasts from around the globe.
